The Movement

• Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.

• Please ensure all delivery details are accurate (recipient name, address, gate code, etc.).

• If the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, a re‑delivery fee may apply.

• If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left in a safe location or with a neighbor unless otherwise instructed.

Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

• The wrong item was delivered

• The arrangement arrived damaged

• The flowers were in poor condition upon arrival

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a photo.

Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or containers may be substituted with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement. Flowers of comparable value will always be used to preserve the design, theme, and color scheme. For specific flower or color requests, please reach out to us prior to ordering to ensure availability.
