Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Prices may vary based on flower availability and seasonal changes.

• Delivery fees are calculated based on location and are subject to tax.

 

 

 Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.

• Please ensure all delivery details are accurate (recipient name, address, gate code, etc.).

• If the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, a re‑delivery fee may apply.

• If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left in a safe location or with a neighbor unless otherwise instructed.

We offer tiered delivery based on distance to ensure fair pricing and reliable service.

 

Zone 1 — Local (0–5 miles)

• Delivery Fee: $5.00

• Free Delivery on orders $100+

 

Zone 2 — Nearby (5–15 miles)

• Delivery Fee: $14.95

• Free Delivery on orders $150+

 

Zone 3 — Extended Area (15–25 miles)

• Delivery Fee: $19.95

• Free Delivery on orders $200+

 

Zone 4 — Long Distance (25–30 miles)

• Delivery Fee: $25.95

• Free Delivery on orders $250+

 

Zone 5 — Premium Distance (30–40 miles)

• Delivery Fee: $35.00

• Free Delivery on orders $250+

 

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or containers may be substituted with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement. Flowers of comparable value will always be used to preserve the design, theme, and color scheme. For specific flower or color requests, please reach out to us prior to ordering to ensure availability.

 

 

Cancellations & Changes

• Orders can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

• Same‑day orders cannot be canceled once prepared.

• Custom or special‑order arrangements are non‑refundable once created.

 

 

Refunds & Returns

Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

• The wrong item was delivered

• The arrangement arrived damaged

• The flowers were in poor condition upon arrival

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. 

We will pick up the original arrangement at no cost to you if an exchange is approved.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.

Your personal information (name, address, phone, email) is used only to process and deliver your order. We do not share or sell customer information.
